Like the NeoGAF thread on "speak up against transgender discrimination." The word discrimination means incrimination in error. The word prejudice means having judged the matter beforehand, falsely. It's not in error. Having a sex change is a despicable act.
1 Corinthians 6: "Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind."
This contains prohibitions on both homosexuality and on transgender behavior ("effeminate"). A man is supposed to act like a man. A woman is supposed to act like a woman.

When Jerry Springer puts a sex-changer on his TV show and they say "I used to be a man," does the audience not immediately know that they're supposed to be shocked?
By the way, he could have gotten the truck driver killed, jailed, sued, or fired from his job.
You cannot legislate a human right in the eyes of God.
